Born in Romania and raised in the San Fernando Valley, Filip studied Finance at San Diego State University and began his career at Marcus & Millichap in 2011. Since then, he has built a reputation for execution, integrity, and relentless work ethic.
In 2019, Filip partnered with Glen Scher to form the LAAA Team (formerly Los Angeles Apartment Advisors). The team has grown to 8 investment professionals and 3 support staff focused exclusively on apartment building sales, development land, and 1031 exchanges across Los Angeles, Ventura, and Santa Barbara Counties.
