Old Town Pasadena along Colorado Boulevard, Lake Avenue's retail corridor, and the South Lake commercial district create walkable neighborhoods that attract tenants ranging from Caltech and JPL researchers to Art Center College of Design students and professionals working in Pasadena's growing tech and biotech sectors.
